Attract Top Talent: You'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition department, ensuring we bring in the best candidates from around the globe. Your role will encompass the entire recruitment process, from posting vacancies and hunting for candidates to conducting interviews and managing onboarding. You’ll also handle the evaluation of professional skills and soft skills, maintain candidates' progress in our system.Job Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass the entire recruitment process, from posting vacancies and hunting for candidates to conducting interviews and managing onboarding. You’ll also handle the evaluation of professional skills and soft skills, maintain candidates' progress in our system.Job Responsibilities:
- Arranging and conducting screening calls, then present well-rounded shortlists to the hiring manager for consideration.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience throughout the entire process.
- Collaborating with hiring managers, the HR team, and key stakeholders to gather recruitment requirements and develop strategies that drive candidate interest and enhance market visibility for both current and upcoming opportunities.
- Managing and refining the talent acquisition process, with a particular emphasis on job board advertising, including LinkedIn, to attract high-quality candidates and generate a strong flow of resumes.
- Capability of handling a large volume of applications and managing multiple vacancies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment and a commitment to bringing the best talent into the company, or a desire to learn recruitment from scratch.
- Excitement at the prospect of handling a large volume of applications and managing multiple vacancies.
- Excellent command of English (upper intermediate level or higher).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a people-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with attention to detail.
