Customer Support Agent with Swedish (Warsaw)

✅Main duties and responsibilities:
✔️Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
✔️Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers 
✔️Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
✔️Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
✔️Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers

 

✅Experience and qualifications:
✔️Excellent written and verbal Swedish and English skills
✔️Analytical skills
✔️Ability to work in multitasking environment
✔️Experience working with customer support would be a plus.
