We are seeking a dedicated PSP Delivery Manager / Payments Project Manager to oversee the integration of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) into our platform. This role is critical in ensuring that new brands are launched smoothly with all necessary payment methods and that our internal processes are optimized for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely delivery of new brands with all relevant and mandatory payment methods, including obtaining PSP sign-off.
• Coordinate the migration of brands to our widget platform, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently.
• Collaborate with various internal teams (PSP Onboarding, Tech Account Managers, Product, Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Implementation teams, QA) to guarantee smooth processes and timely delivery across multiple projects.
• Provide technical support for new brands to ensure a seamless launch experience. Monitor performance for two weeks post-launch to address any issues promptly.
• Continuously monitor brand performance and resolve any production issues that arise.
• Maintain an up-to-date list of active PSPs, payment methods, currencies, and markets to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Drive improvements in internal workflows and processes to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in project management or delivery management within the payments or iGaming sector.
• Strong understanding of payment systems and affiliate marketing processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
