✅ Responsibilities:
✔️ Establish and maintain relationships with service providers, such as Internet, transportation, and catering companies.
✔️ Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of required services.
✔️ Collaborate with the IT department to manage office equipment, including ordering, delivery, maintenance, and replacements.
✔️ Maintain office efficiency by planning and procuring office supplies and merchandise.
✔️ Develop and oversee the office budget, including expense forecasting and tracking.
✔️ Partner with the HR team to update office policies and assist in onboarding new team members.
✔️ Prepare work setups for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
✔️ Liaise with property management to ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with business park requirements.
✔️ Provide operational assistance for in-house or off-site events.
✔️ Coordinate with event management teams to ensure seamless execution of activities.
✅ Requirements:
✔️ At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college-level qualification.
✔️ Fluent in English and Portuguese at a B2 proficiency level or higher.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
✔️ Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
✔️ Hands-on experience with office machines and equipment.
✔️ Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Acute attention to detail.
