Motion Design Team Lead / Art Director

We are looking for a Motion Design Art Director who will play a key role in creating bold and innovative multimedia solutions for exhibition stands. The main focus will be developing creative concepts, visual ideas, and bringing them to life through 2D and 3D animation that captivates audiences and highlights the brand at international events.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop concepts and visual solutions for exhibition stands.
✔️ Create storyboards, motion references, and presentations for management and clients.
✔️ Lead the production process of 2D and 3D animations from concept to final render.
✔️ Curate and guide a team of designers and animators, ensuring visual quality and consistency.
✔️ Collaborate with external design studios, overseeing their work and aligning it with the project’s creative direction.
✔️ Prepare multimedia materials for integration into architectural and technical booth solutions.
✔️ Generate and pitch ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years of experience as an Art Director, Lead Motion Designer, or Senior Motion Designer.
✔️ Proficiency in 2D and 3D tools (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, or similar).
✔️ Strong skills in storyboarding, sketching, and presenting ideas.
✔️ Solid understanding of animation principles, composition, and visual dynamics.
✔️ Conceptual thinking, creativity, and the ability to deliver original solutions.
✔️ Experience in leading teams and motivating colleagues.
✔️ Experience managing collaborations with external creative or design studios is a plus.
