We're seeking an Motion Design Art Lead to join the Marketing Design Team to lead a team of 12 3D and 2D motion and graphic designers. You'll work closely with team leads and project managers in your team to create amazing animated 2D and 3D graphics and key visuals for dozens of Brands inside our company group. You'll be reporting to the Design Marketing Operations Director (always) and the VP of Design (occasionally).

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Lead designers and team leads (Lead Motion Designer, Lead 3D Designer).

✔️Plan capacity and manage resources with the Project Manager

✔️Quality review, monitor progress and provide guidance to team members.

✔️Build a Development Plan for the team

✔️Improve graphics quality, generate creative ideas, and create moodboards for new campaigns.

✔️Describe and implement new processes to improve team efficiency.

✅ Requirements:

✔️At least 5 years of experience in Motion and Graphic design

✔️At least 2 years of experience as Lead/Manager/Art Director or similar position.

✔️Strong Knowledge in the Design sphere generally

✔️Strong understanding of video production, graphic design and 3D techniques and tools.

✔️Excellent organizational and time management skills.

✔️Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

✔️Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Google Sheets/Excel).

✔️Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
