We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join a fast growing brand. This role is ideal for a strategic and motivated individual with a strong background in iGaming and proven expertise in sales. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling, speaking publicly, and representing company at industry events to expand their client base globally.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to onboard casino and sportsbook operators to the affiliate platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers within operators (e.g., Heads of Affiliates, Marketing Directors, C-level executives).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present the platform’s value proposition effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth and establish company’s global presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, compliance) to ensure alignment on client needs and product capabilities.
  • Represent brand at key industry events, fostering relationships and driving lead generation.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity to adapt sales strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and forecasts to inform business development planning.

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales-focused role within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, including reward structures and key channel differences.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team, make decisions, and drive results independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in public exposure.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel for business purposes.
  • Fluent in English.

 

Nice-to-Haves

 

  • Previous experience selling affiliate platforms or similar SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Italian or Russian.
  • Established connections within the iGaming industry, particularly with casino and sportsbook operators.
