✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Provides constructive feedback and project-level guidance to Senior Designers, Designers.
✔️ Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of designers at varying levels of professional and design maturity.
✔️ Be a role model for the team.
✔️ Reviewing design concepts and mockups provided by designers to determine if they meet the requirements for the project.
✔️ Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed.
✔️ Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders for feedback.
✔️ Working with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and functional.
✔️ Developing new design concepts and ideas.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Recognized as a resource for innovation and groundbreaking design.
✔️ Minimum 4+ years of industry experience.
✔️ Understanding of industry standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development.
✔️ Leadership experience in collaborating with artists, designers.
✔️ Organized, process driven and the ability to make decisions based on data and numbers.
✔️ Ability to communicate with team members about their personal needs and resolve team challenges.
✔️ Experience working with outsourcing studios.
✔️ Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
✔️ Experience with agile methodologies.
✔️ Portfolio showcasing your professional abilities.
