What's the role
The role will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and growing the Brainlabs brand in the Latam region, with a key focus in Mexico.
What you do
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for acquiring new clients in the Latam market. Focus on Mexico, but experience or network within the Brazilian market is a strong advantage.
- Promote Brainlabs' brand image through events, networking, and other visibility activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer of Latam to align commercial strategies with regional objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition in the digital marketing sector.
Who you are
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales positions, preferably in media companies or tech media platforms.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing and the digital media ecosystem in Mexico (bonus if you have additional Latam market knowledge).
- Proven experience development of successful commercial strategies and managing/leading teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
- Advanced level of English (oral and written), Portuguese is a strong plus.
