What's the Role: 

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will partner closely with marketing stakeholders to optimise automation, leveraging datadriven insights and industry awareness to enhance lead generation and customer engagement. 

With your expertise in designing and optimising automated workflows to deliver consistent and high-quality customer experiences across digital platforms. You ensure alignment with global best practices, governance standards, and evolving technology trends. 

With a strong attention to detail, you will lead the accurate execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring all elements from data validation and audience segmentation to content personalisation and scheduling are delivered flawlessly. 

 You will closely monitor campaign performance and customer engagement to maintain data integrity, support ongoing optimisation, and contribute to a seamless, highquality customer experience. Your precision and consistency will play a key role in driving effective, datadriven marketing outcomes. 

You will manage marketing performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting by leveraging analytics, attribution models, and AI insights to optimise campaigns, improve targeting, and measure impact on pipeline and revenue. 

You will continuously optimise customer journeys through A/B testing and performance insights to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. 

Key Technical Criteria: 

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with Salesforce Certification in Account Engagement (Pardot) and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B environments managing complex, multitouch customer journeys. 
  • Mandatory handson expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), with the ability to design, build, and optimise scalable automation workflows; working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage. 
  • Strong capability in data strategy, analytics, and reporting, including building insightdriven dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to optimise campaigns, improve conversion, and track ROI. 
  • Proven experience delivering crossfunctional, global initiatives, supported by a solid technical foundation in HTML and responsive email design. 

 The role is based in Coimbatore.
