What's the Role:
As the Project Coordinator – Condition Monitoring, you will be the on‑site technical representative responsible for delivering accurate condition monitoring and inspection services across fixed plant equipment. Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers, you will gather critical performance data, conduct inspections, and provide clear, reliable reports that support operational decision‑making.
You will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and professional judgement while conducting on‑site inspections and non‑destructive testing using ultrasonic testing, 3D scanning, and visual assessment techniques. Your ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to dynamic site conditions will be essential in ensuring consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
Through strong communication and collaboration, you will work closely with Sales and Engineering teams, translating on‑site findings into meaningful insights. You will proactively raise issues, manage customer enquiries, and support engineered solutions by providing specialist technical information when required.
You will act with a customer‑first mindset, maintaining integrity, safety, and professionalism at all times. By proactively identifying product performance trends and market intelligence, you will contribute to continuous improvement and help strengthen Bradken’s technical knowledge and competitive position
Key Technical Criteria:
- Associate Diploma in Engineering preferred, but not essential or Engineering product specialist
- Exposure to wear materials is desirable.
- Experience with 3D scanning technologies is desirable.
- Mining site experience is desirable.
- Experience in 3D modelling and 2D drafting is desirable.
The role is based in Burswood.
