Production Coordinator

The role

You’ll keep our operations moving.

Working closely with Sales, Manufacturing and site teams, you’ll coordinate orders, manage ERP processes, and support production planning to make sure we deliver on time and to standard.

You’ll be the link between teams, keeping information flowing, solving issues early, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and customer requests through ERP
  • Support production planning and coordinate manufacturing schedules
  • Maintain and update systems including ERP, Salesforce, pricing databases, and internal tracking tools
  • Raise and manage product and part creation in systems (e.g. Mendix or similar)
  • Monitor orders and deliveries, working with suppliers and customers to resolve delays
  • Prepare reports and support forecasting for site and regional leadership
  • Assist with purchasing and receipting when required
  • Support tender and contract administration activities
  • Keep accurate records across systems and ensure data integrity

What you bring

  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, production coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong experience working with ERP systems and database-driven tools
  • Comfortable using systems such as CRM platforms, Excel, or similar business systems
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and ability to work across teams
