Sales & Operations Execution Planner

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Planner to play a key role in driving operational excellence within the execution horizon (0–3 months). You will be a subject matter expert in Bradken’s Sales and Operations data. You will work closely with manufacturing and sales teams to embed best‑practice approaches, strengthen existing processes, and ensure that frameworks and strategies are understood and adhered to across the business. This role also requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and global teams.

You will plan and lead the weekly Manufacturing Review meetings, maintaining and improving the data sets that underpin the S&OE process. Running these meetings globally, you will identify potential issues, take a proactive role in resolving them, and provide clear feedback to Sales, Manufacturing, and Order Fulfillment teams. You will analyse and review data for discrepancies, manage lead time adjustments and expectations, and ensure practical adherence to the plan, keeping operations aligned and responsive.

You will ensure that the S&OP plan is deployed and executed effectively by maintaining weekly and monthly S&OE processes. This includes updating manufacturing lead times, distributing accurate dashboard data, and working with Order Fulfilment and Sales to resolve emerging supply priorities. Partnering with the S&OE Manager, you will communicate imbalances between supply and demand, while engaging regularly with Supply Planning to keep information flowing across the 3–24‑month horizon.

You will collaborate with the S&OE Manager to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor the effectiveness of the S&OE process and execution of the S&OP plan. You will identify opportunities for improvement, recommend changes to systems and tools, and implement solutions to address recurring performance challenges.

Key Technical Criteria:

· Degree qualified or suitable qualification/experience in business, logistics, and/or Supply Chain management.

· Experience in Supply Chain processes for a global and/or complex supply chain

· Demonstrated experience in execution of S&OP Plans.

· Experience maintaining, implementing, and improving an established S&OE process

· Experience in Supply Planning utilising Excel and other non-sophisticated planning systems

· Experience working with decentralised teams

· Knowledge of, and skill in managing change effectively

· Superior interpersonal skills, ability to work with multiple business stakeholders at all levels within an organisation to achieve overall business goals, develop shared solutions, and collaboratively resolve issues.

· Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with proficient presentation skills

This role can be based in Brisbane, Newcastle, or Perth.
