About the Role
At Bradken, a proud member of the Hitachi Construction Machinery Group, we’re equipping the mining resources sector to sustainably advance society. As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in providing accurate financial insight and support to both our site management and head office teams, helping them make informed decisions that drive operational excellence and business growth.

You’ll work in close partnership with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders from the Regional Financial Controller based in Canada, Treasury, and Shared Services Teams to site leaders and departmental heads across the business. Externally, you’ll liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and customers, ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance. Through this collaboration, you’ll play a key role in translating financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions, strengthen performance, and drive Bradken’s continued growth in the region.

Key Technical Criteria

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • CPA, CGA, CMA, CA, or MBA designation considered an asset.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Automate) highly regarded.
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in an analytical role in FP&A or Accounting.
  • Experience in a large, complex organization preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French (mandatory).

This role is based in Edmonton.
