
Regional Sales Manager

As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment.

What's the role:
Your role will be central to building trust-based relationships with dealers and end users, enabling them to see the full value of Bradken’s products, processes, and purpose. You’ll work across sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimise machine performance, enhance lifecycle value, and ensure delivery of products and services to the highest standards.
Your Impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and end users across the region, supporting mutual growth and enhanced machine performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities that benefit Bradken, our dealers, and customers.
- Promote product performance through data-driven insights on productivity, reliability, and availability.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to define product quality, service, and maintenance expectations.
- Support new product commissioning and joint initiatives with dealers and regional teams.
- Input accurate market intelligence, customer interactions, and pipeline updates into Salesforce.
- Achieve sales targets, gross margin goals, and regional budget objectives.
- Optimise sales processes, integrate product information into digital and “SMART” systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and coach our team, fostering capability, engagement, and a culture of performance excellence.
You Bring
- Proven experience in technical sales, project coordination, or management within the mining sector.
- Knowledge of mine planning, mining machine operation, and dealer/end-user engagement.
- Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Growth mindset with the ability to interpret technical/engineering information, drawings, and performance data.
- Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and sales reporting.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
