Role Summary:
You will support our global reward, performance, and mobility programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity across HR systems, while contributing to the success of annual remuneration and performance review cycles through precise coordination and stakeholder engagement.
As the HRIS administrator, you’ll maintain the organisational hierarchy and position management to enable accurate workforce planning and reporting. You’ll lead performance management cycles, support calibration sessions, and embed system usage to foster a culture of continuous feedback and development. Your work will directly impact the quality of performance outcomes and talent growth across the business.
You’ll also support global mobility and immigration processes, liaising with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely, compliant outcomes. From visa coordination to relocation budgeting, you’ll help streamline mobility operations and maintain policy alignment. Additionally, you’ll contribute to recognition programs like the Best of Bradken Awards and Loyalty Program.

Key Technical Criteria
· Certificate IV or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
· HRIS training (e.g., Workday, SAP) preferred but not essential
· Experience in HR admin, reward, or mobility coordination
· Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel/Word
· Familiarity with immigration and global mobility is a plus
· Comfortable working across global teams and time zones
