What's the role:
As our Planning, Scheduling & Estimating (PS&E) Lead, based in Bassendean, WA, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning strategy into execution. Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of accurate production plans, schedules, and estimates that enable efficient resource utilisation, reliable delivery, and alignment with both operational and customer needs.
You’ll lead a talented team of planners and estimators who thrive on precision and collaboration. Together, you’ll drive operational excellence, optimising planning accuracy, streamlining processes, and ensuring every commitment we make is delivered with integrity and care.
Your leadership will extend beyond planning, you’ll foster a culture where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are part of everything we do.
Your Impact:

Lead the planning and scheduling of manufacturing and rotables activities to meet production and customer timelines.

Develop and maintain accurate estimation models for labour, materials, and time requirements.

Oversee estimation processes for maintenance and capital works, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plans with operational priorities and customer needs.

Drive improvements in planning tools, systems, and reporting to enhance visibility and data-driven decision-making.

Champion safety and environmental compliance across all planning activities.

Develop your team through coaching, collaboration, and continuous learning.
You Bring:

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in planning, scheduling, and estimating within industrial or manufacturing environments.

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and set strategic direction in complex settings.

Strong understanding of rotables management and asset lifecycle planning (desirable).

Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or SAP.

A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
