
Regional Sales Manager - Mineral Processing Fixed Plant

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who brings a strong background in trade, mining, and/or mechanical engineering.
As the Regional Sales Manager with a focus in custom engineered solutions and supporting key accounts for the Central American/Caribbean region, you will expand our customer offerings, collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve growth objectives in the region while communicating with multiple stakeholders for our key customers, both remotely and at our customer’s site.
You will play a critical role in the success of Bradken's business. Your strong background in sales engineering in heavy, industrial, or mining companies along with a Salesforce understanding will empower you to manage and analyze sales data effectively. You will be responsible for preparing sales forecasts and demand-planning data, ensuring appropriate inventory levels in the regional warehouse, and contributing to our operations.
You will implement strategic marketing techniques, and skillfully managing budgets, all while exhibiting strong leadership qualities. Your self-motivation and results-oriented approach will make you adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders and finding effective solutions to challenges.
With your sound product knowledge and ability to provide effective solutions, you will become a highly influential member of our team. Your interpersonal and networking skills, combined with excellent presentation and time management abilities, will be instrumental in nurturing existing business relationships and exploring new opportunities.
Key Selection Criteria:
- 4-5 years of work experience in industrial trade and/or engineering, along with 2 years in customer service or support roles.
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in reading fabrication/structural drawings and strong MS Office skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen including marketing, strategic initiatives, budgeting, and leadership.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Foundry, and Mining (Highly desirable).
- Experience in Mine Maintenance and Mineral Processing (Highly desirable).
- CAD experience is a plus.
This role will be based in Panama City, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. You will have the opportunity to work from home and on-site at our warehouse location in Panama.
