What's the role:
At Bradken, we design and supply solutions that make mining and manufacturing safer, more productive and sustainable. As a Project Coordinator – Condition Monitoring, you will play a key role in delivering site services and condition monitoring reports to our clients, supporting sales and engineering teams with critical performance data on Bradken and competitor products.
What you will be doing
You are responsible for:
- Conducting mine site inspections and preparing detailed condition monitoring reports for customers.
- Performing NDT ultrasonic testing of wear materials to assess performance and reliability.
- Supporting Bradken’s engineered solutions by providing on-site technical support.
- Gathering and maintaining performance knowledge to assist Bradken and the customer in making informed decisions.
- Reporting on competitor and new product developments in the market to Sales and Engineering.
- Supervising and training contract labour where required.
- Supporting engineering teams with modelling and drafting tasks.
- Participating in task planning meetings, allocating resources, and monitoring project deliverables.
- Maintaining fit-for-work standards on site, including working in confined spaces and at heights.
- Role modelling Bradken’s values and ensuring safe, ethical and professional conduct on site.
What you bring
You are:
- Experienced in working both independently and within a team.
- Able to work autonomously and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Familiar with mining site environments and committed to safe work practices.
You also have:
- An Associate Diploma in Engineering (preferred but not essential).
- Basic mechanical knowledge (desirable).
- Experience with wear materials and/or 3D scanning (desirable).
- Exposure to 3D modelling and 2D drafting (desirable).
- Prior mining site or field service experience (desirable).
This role is based in Burswood, WA.
