
Help Desk Technician

Join our multinational team and become a key player in a growing company with global reach! We're looking for a motivated Help Desk Technician to join our team in Peru and provide crucial support to our clients and professionals across the Americas.
In this role you will assist first-line technical support for IT-related issues, helping users with software and hardware problems in the Americas Region.

What you'll do:
- Attend IT tickets requests for users in the company.
- Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor technical cases in our system, ensuring they're handled efficiently.
- Collaborate with more senior IT staff and a diverse team in Peru and abroad.
What we're looking for:
- A technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or student in the last semesters in a bachelor's degree.
- Experience as an intern or support assistant related to Help Desk Operator or IT Support roles no major than 2-3 years.
- Conversational English skills (both written and verbal) are essential for this role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is a must have.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- A plus to have is IT Essentials and CompTIA A+ but not required.
