What's the role:

You are commercially focused, relationship-driven, and know how to turn customer needs into business outcomes. As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving profitable sales growth and strengthening Bradken’s footprint across our key markets.

Your Impact You will take ownership of sales strategy and execution across your region, fostering long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating across teams to meet ambitious targets.

  • You will lead business development and account management, nurturing key relationships and unlocking new markets for Bradken’s product portfolio.
  • You will drive regional sales plans and create strategies to grow our share in core product lines while pursuing new and overseas market opportunities.
  • You will explore, negotiate, and manage strategic supply agreements with key customers to deepen engagement and deliver mutual value.
  • You will partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

How You’ll Make It Happen:

You thrive on challenge and are motivated by outcomes. You work cross-functionally, apply data-driven decision making, and bring a mindset of continuous improvement to everything you do.

  • You will track sales performance, pipeline opportunities, and customer intelligence using Salesforce, ensuring your activity is transparent and targeted.
  • You will prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budget justifications, and contribute to the strategic planning of the business unit.
  • You will lead initiatives to improve sales processes and measure market share, using data to guide resource allocation and opportunity prioritisation.
  • You will scope and deliver improvement projects that elevate performance in your area of accountability.

What You Bring:

You’re a technical sales professional who understands the industry, values relationships, and knows how to execute.

  • Background in Engineering, Mining, Business, Trade, or related field
  • Demonstrated years of experience in mining or similar markets, with a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Proven success in technical sales roles and market development
  • Experience working across borders or familiarity with export/import requirements
  • Strong communication and commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver strategic insights to leadership
