About the Role:
You bring more than just numbers to the table, you bring insight, initiative, and a clear-eyed view of how finance drives performance. As Finance Manager – Supply Chain, you’ll step into a pivotal role, shaping financial strategy, strengthening business outcomes, and championing continuous improvement across our global supply chain functions.
Your Impact:
You will lead financial reporting and analysis across the global Supply Chain function, enabling data-driven decision-making that boosts margin, lowers costs, and increases operational agility. Your clear, strategic insights will help shape the way our supply chain functions every day.
- You will provide detailed monthly analysis on budget performance, freight and warehousing costs, inventory and overheads, and lead reviews with operational leaders to drive accountability and performance.
- You will lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver financial plans that reflect business priorities and market shifts.
- You will collaborate across Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing to improve working capital outcomes, manage inventory effectively, and monitor capital investments.
- You will develop scenario analyses and financial models to help our leaders make better decisions, faster.
- You will champion automation in reporting, building robust tools, validating data, and making information accessible for all.

- You will work side-by-side with stakeholders to strengthen operational planning, reduce risk, and embed continuous improvement across the finance function.
- You will lead post-implementation reviews of capital projects, connecting strategic intent with actual results.
- You will help lift financial capability across our teams by designing and delivering targeted financial education sessions.
What You Bring:
You’re commercially minded, technically sound, and at home in fast-paced, complex environments. You make the complex clear and deliver insights that matter.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or similar field
- CPA or CA qualification preferred
- Proven experience in financial planning or operational finance, ideally in heavy engineering or manufacturing
- Hands-on expertise in cost accounting, inventory analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within a complex supply chain environment
- A track record of leading process improvements and driving value creation
This role is based in Brisbane.
