Your Impact:
You’ll be the engine behind smooth, timely, and accurate order processing across the region. Whether it’s coordinating freight, progressing internal orders, or supporting safety on site, you’ll keep operations running with efficiency and precision.

You will champion customer satisfaction by ensuring every order internal or external is fulfilled promptly and accurately.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Freight, Purchasing, and Inventory Planning teams to align order priorities and meet delivery expectations.

You will coordinate with domestic freight providers and warehouse teams to manage daily transport needs and dispatches.

You will update and maintain records in Bradken systems such as Epicor and CFR, ensuring data accuracy and order visibility.

You will support safety by contributing to audits, participating in safety shares, and taking ownership of site-directed safety tasks.

What You Bring:
You bring experience, reliability, and a drive to keep things moving.

Previous experience in customer order management, logistics coordination, or a similar role

Background in freight distribution or supply chain is a plus

Familiarity with Epicor or similar ERP systems is desirable, but not essential we’ll support your learning

A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering on time
This role is based in Burswood, Western Australia
