
Business Development Manager
About the role:
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll shape and execute Bradken’s regional growth strategy in Peru. Focused on high-value opportunities in mill liners and mineral processing, you’ll build early-stage customer relationships, pursue greenfield project leads, and convert strategic insight into commercial wins.
You will:

Lead business development efforts in Peru, aligned to Bradken’s global sales strategy.

Identify and pursue opportunities for SAG, Ball, Rod, and AG Mill Liners across key mining customers.

Build trusted relationships with new clients, accessing senior decision-makers and project stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams to scope opportunities and ensure smooth transition to account managers post-win.

Leverage insights from market activity, competitor analysis, and client discovery to inform Bradken’s positioning.

Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, reporting, and regional intelligence.

Represent Bradken’s value and capability as a solutions partner – not just a product provider.
About you:
You are a proactive, relationship-led business developer with a deep understanding of mining and mineral processing. You’re strategic, curious, and ready to open doors others haven’t knocked on yet.

Proven sales success (10+ years) in mill liner or mineral processing consumables.

Strong technical understanding of foundry/manufacturing-based mining products.

Track record of generating and closing new business opportunities in LATAM.

Confidence navigating long sales cycles and stakeholder landscapes.

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage accounts and insights.

Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Based near a major airport in Peru, with up to 50% travel expected across the region.
