What's the Role:
As an Account Manager in the Rocky Mountain Region, your core mission will be to serve as a vital partner for mining operations, driving the adoption and optimization of Bradken's comprehensive mineral processing wear solutions. This means you'll be deeply immersed in the world of grinding mills, working closely with metallurgical and processing plant teams to maximize the performance of SAG, ball, and rod mill liners.
Your expertise will extend to advising on and supplying wear parts for primary and secondary circuits, as well as other critical mineral processing consumables like slurry pump parts and flotation cell wear solutions. You'll be the go-to expert for maximizing throughput and recovery, identifying opportunities within active processing plants, and continuously monitoring product performance directly at the concentrator. Your proactive engagement will involve frequent on-site visits to truly understand the nuances of each processing stream, ensuring Bradken's solutions deliver measurable value from the moment the ore enters the plant.
You will leverage your excellent stakeholder engagement skills to regularly visit customers, develop new opportunities, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You'll be hands-on, attending mill relines in line with concentrator maintenance schedules to monitor product performance and assess inventory.
Overall, you will work with other business units to develop sales opportunities and play an active role in developing market opportunities through prospecting new customers, products, and technical development.
Some Key Mineral Processing & Fixed Plant Products for this Role:
- Grinding Mill Liners: SAG mill liners, ball mill liners, rod mill liners.
- Mineral Processing Consumables.
- Bulk Material Handling Components: Chute liners, etc.
Key Technical Criteria and Experience:
- 3+ years in sales, account management, or business development in mining or related sectors.
- Experience in mineral processing, grinding, equipment operations or maintenance.
- Understanding of CRM tools for handling client orders such as salesforce or similar ones.
- Experience in conveying or bulk material handling a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales within the mining sector.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

This is a REMOTE based in Rocky Mountain Region and surroundings - Nevada, USA.
