Maranello specializes in driving organic traffic in the iGaming niche across Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets. The team combines deep SEO expertise with an engineering-driven approach to processes to deliver stable, high-quality traffic to its partners. That’s why we’re looking for a strong, ambitious Strong Middle SEO Spesialist who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What will be your focus:

• Managing an assigned group of websites under the guidance of the SEO Team Lead.
• Analyzing website indexing, rankings, traffic, and technical health to identify issues and growth opportunities.
• Preparing proposals for SEO improvements and implementing the agreed action plan.
• Collecting and clustering semantics, building page structures, and optimizing metadata and internal linking.
• Preparing technical requirements for Content, Dev, and Link Building teams and verifying the implementation of SEO requirements.
• Reviewing websites before launch and after changes are implemented.
• Working with automation tools, identifying repetitive manual operations, and suggesting ways to streamline them.
• Participating in SEO tests by documenting baseline metrics, implemented changes, and results.
• Maintaining a history of changes and providing concise reports on what was done, the results achieved, areas requiring attention, and next steps.

You’re our perfect match if you:

• Have experience managing several SEO projects simultaneously, with the ability to organize your work, monitor performance, and prioritize tasks.
• Have strong core SEO expertise, including semantics, clustering, website structure, on-page optimization, internal linking, and link-building principles.
• Have hands-on technical SEO experience, including indexing, robots.txt, sitemaps, canonicals, redirects, duplicates, and response codes.
• Can analyze data from GSC, rank trackers, Ahrefs / Semrush, and crawlers, identify the reasons behind changes, and translate findings into specific actions.
• Are confident working with Google Sheets / Excel, including formulas, data lookup and matching, filters, and pivot tables.
• Can verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies between sources, and avoid drawing conclusions based on a single metric.
• Can prepare clear technical requirements for Content and Dev teams and verify the results of their implementation.
• Can independently complete the full cycle: identify a problem → propose a solution → implement agreed changes → evaluate the result.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience in iGaming / Gambling, affiliate SEO, or other highly competitive niches.
• Experience working with single-brand websites, newly registered domains, and multiple GEOs and languages.
• Experience with large-scale website launches or managing dozens or more websites.
• Experience using scripts, APIs, Apps Script, Python, n8n, or ready-made tools to automate routine tasks.
• Hands-on experience using AI for analysis, content preparation, and material review while maintaining quality control.
• Experience evaluating dropped domains, working with anchor plans, and assessing link-building results.
• An understanding of the relationship between SEO traffic, offer clicks, registrations, FTDs, and revenue.
