Maranello specializes in driving organic traffic in the iGaming niche across Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets. The team combines deep SEO expertise with an engineering-driven approach to processes to deliver stable, high-quality traffic to its partners. That’s why we’re looking for a strong, ambitious TL SEO who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What will be your focus:

• Organizing the SEO team’s daily work in line with agreed goals and priorities.
• Creating SEO plans, distributing tasks, monitoring execution, and reviewing the quality of specialists’ solutions.
• Establishing systematic monitoring of a large website portfolio, including indexing, rankings, traffic, and technical health.
• Identifying the causes of performance drops and growth opportunities, as well as preparing and implementing SEO improvement plans.
• Implementing standards, templates, and checklists for large-scale website launches and ongoing website management.
• Identifying processes for automation, preparing technical requirements for the Dev team, testing implementations, and introducing tools into the team’s workflows.
• Organizing SEO tests, documenting results, and scaling validated approaches.
• Coordinating SEO tasks with Content, Dev, Link Building, and Affiliate teams.
• Providing reports on SEO performance, issues, and next steps.
• Developing SEO specialists and participating in the professional assessment of candidates for the team.

You’re our perfect match if you:

• Have hands-on experience managing a large portfolio of websites — hundreds or thousands of domains simultaneously, including grouping, bulk checks, monitoring, and prioritization of SEO activities.
• Have strong technical SEO expertise, including indexing, crawling, canonicals, redirects, duplicates, sitemaps, robots.txt, and internal linking.
• Have experience automating SEO processes, including data collection and processing, checks, alerts, reporting, and bulk operations.
• Can prepare technical requirements for developers, define acceptance criteria, and verify implemented solutions.
• Are proficient with GSC, Ahrefs / Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools, rank trackers, and Google Sheets for working with large datasets.
• Have practical knowledge of semantics, website structure, content optimization, and link building.
• Have experience managing an SEO team, including planning, task assignment, quality control, and specialist development.
• Can conduct SEO tests, evaluate results, and scale successful solutions.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience in iGaming, affiliate SEO, and single-brand projects.
• Experience with large-scale website launches across multiple GEOs and languages.
• Experience working with newly registered domains, evaluating dropped domains, using them, and monitoring redirect results.
• Practical skills with Python, SQL, Apps Script, n8n, or other automation tools.
• Experience with API integrations and building consolidated dashboards.
• Experience using AI to scale SEO processes while maintaining quality control.
