Junior+ Financial Controller | Head Office

We are looking for a Junior+ Financial Controller to join our team and support the revenue-related financial operations of our projects. This role is focused on accounts receivable management, financial reconciliations, payment control, and cooperation with partners and the Affiliate department. 

What you will do: 

• Manage accounts receivable: track accrued and actual revenue, monitor payment deadlines, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Work in accounting systems: record revenue and expenses, prepare invoices, record payments, and ensure the accuracy of transactions.
• Communicate with partners on financial matters: send payment inquiries, clarify reasons for delays, and resolve discrepancies.
• Cooperate with the Affiliate department: prepare invoices for placements and advise the team on settlement-related matters.
• Perform reconciliations and prepare reports: conduct settlement reconciliations with partners, prepare fund withdrawal requests, and monitor revenue-related KPIs.

What we expect from you: 

• At least 1 year of experience as a Financial Controller. 
• Higher education in Accounting and Auditing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Confident proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets: working with formulas, analyzing and checking data, preparing and reconciling financial spreadsheets.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Will be a plus:

• Practical experience with accounts receivable and understanding of affiliate marketing principles.
• Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and controlling payments.
