Hi!

We are Boosta, a holding tech company that creates, develops, and invests in digital businesses with global potential. Today, we collaborate with over 800 specialists from different parts of the world, and millions of users use our products and services.

We are currently looking for a Facebook User Acquisition Manager for one of our businesses, Traffic7, who will manage and scale paid user acquisition campaigns in Meta for financial products..

Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing.

You will work with the team to:

  • Manage and scale campaigns in the financial niche on Meta: daily monitoring, optimization, and creative rotation.
  • Maintain target CPL, EPL, and ROAS while increasing the budget; scale winning combinations.
  • Formulate hypotheses for the creative department and launch ready-made creatives for testing.
  • Test product hypotheses (targeting, funnel, form, landing page).
  • Conduct regular analytics by cuts (campaigns, segments, sources) and turn it into decisions.
  • Independently decide the fate of combinations — scale, improve, or disable — according to set thresholds.
  • Weekly reporting: spend, leads, purchases, CPL, EPL, ROAS, status of directions.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 1.5+ years of practical experience in media buying.
  • Have practical experience in media buying on Meta (mandatory): campaign structure, pixel, and CAPI.
  • Are able to bring combinations to achieve clear unit economics and maintain CPL, EPL, and ROAS while scaling.
  • Have experience with lead-gen funnels (click/install → form → lead).
  • Have experience working with mobile applications.
  • Have confident skills in analytics/trackers, consolidating data by source, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Can formulate and prioritize hypotheses (creative and product), working with the creative department through briefs.
  • Experience with additional sources (TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) is not mandatory, but will be a significant advantage.

Our hiring flow:

  • Step 1: Pre-screen.
  • Step 2: Interview.
  • Step 3: Final interview.
  • Step 4: Reference check.
  • Step 5: Job Offer.

More than 7 opportunities we offer:

  • Work and growth in an environment where you can launch, test, and develop new products, see your direct results, and influence them.
  • Support for your career growth: compensation for external courses, conferences, English language classes and access to a corporate library.
  • Flexible working hours (you can start your day between 8:00 and 11:00 Kyiv time).
  • Office in Kyiv, coworking spaces in Lviv or Warsaw, or the option to work remotely — the choice is yours.
  • 28 days of annual vacation, up to 30 days of sick leave with medical confirmation, plus all public holidays.
  • Care for your health: medical insurance, a Mental Health program, and compensation for sessions with a psychologist.
  • Ukrainian Victory Support program and other important social initiatives.
  • Gifts for special occasions in your life and career.
  • Compensation for equipment during blackouts.

We believe in pace, drive, and daily boosts — in our work, approaches, and ourselves.
