We are currently looking for a Junior Billing Operations Specialist to join the Flintn to join Flintn, a business building and scaling an all-in-one payment platform for online businesses.

 

Flintn is a promising early-stage project, and at this point we already have:

  • an MVP with core functionality;
  • first customers;
  • a clear product vision;
  • a strong team;
  • well-established processes.

Next comes a strong growth focus: product development, testing, and integrations aimed at building a global payment platform.



What you’ll be focusing on:

  • Processing fraud alerts from payment providers.
  • Managing new chargebacks in payment systems and creating tasks in the CRM.
  • Addressing Solidgate prevention alerts and RDR chargebacks.
  • Issuing refunds.
  • Reviewing and handling potential chargebacks.
  • Handling Billing tasks in CRM.
  • Verifying suspicious customers.
  • Analyzing operational efficiency and KPI adherence.
  • Updating relevant articles and guides in the knowledge base.

 

You are our ideal candidate if you:

  • Have B1 level of English.
  • Have a basic understanding of Fraud & Risk Management and are comfortable handling manual operational tasks.
  • Have hands-on experience in Payment Operations, including refunds, alerts, and disputes.
  • Have a basic understanding of payment systems and processes.
  • Have experience with CRM systems and process management.
  • Are comfortable handling a high volume of tickets while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Can confidently navigate and work across multiple systems simultaneously.
