Affiliate Manager| Inspirio

We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to join Inspirio, a project focused on the fast launch, development, and scaling of mobile applications.

Your focus will include:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing affiliate partners and networks.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard new affiliate offers and partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, caps, traffic conditions, and other partnership terms.
  • Analyze offer performance, conversion rates, payouts, EPC, revenue, and profitability.
  • Identify the most promising offers and opportunities for scaling.
  • Monitor financial performance and take actions to improve monetization.
  • Test new offers, GEOs, traffic sources, and partnership models.
  • Work closely with User Acquisition, Product, Analytics, and Development teams to maximize offer performance.
  • Monitor partner traffic quality, conversion rates, and potential fraud or compliance issues.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new offers and partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations based on data.
  • Stay up to date with trends and changes in the financial affiliate market.
  • Take ownership of revenue growth and unit economics generated through partnerships.

You’re our ideal candidate if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or performance marketing.
  • Have a strong understanding of affiliate models and performance-based partnerships.
  • Have experience working with affiliate networks, advertisers, aggregators, or direct offers.
  • Have strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial and performance metrics.
  • Understand metrics such as EPC, CR, CPL/CPA, ROI/ROAS, revenue, payout, and margin.
  • Have strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Be able to evaluate an offer not only by its payout but by its potential profitability and scalability.
  • Have experience with Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools.
  • Have Upper-Intermediate+ English.
  • Have a proactive approach to finding new partners and opportunities.
