Trainee Project Manager/Local SEO | Inspirio

We are currently looking for a Trainee Project Manager/Local SEO to join Inspirio, a project focused on the fast launch, development, and scaling of mobile applications.

Your focus will include:

• Manage a portfolio of domains.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
• Maintain and regularly update databases with domains, profiles, statuses, metrics and activities.
• Identify issues, trends and growth opportunities based on data.
• Develop and test hypotheses to improve local visibility and performance.
• Create and prioritize tasks for developers, designers and other team members.
• Coordinate task execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage review acquisition and reputation management processes.
• Monitor the performance and quality of Google Maps profiles and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits of profiles and related websites.
• Document processes, successful approaches and test results.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Continuously optimize and improve operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Stay informed about relevant changes.
• Collaborate with marketing development and design teams to achieve business goals.

You’re our ideal candidate if you:

• Analytical thinking — ability to work with data, identify patterns and draw conclusions.
• Google Sheets / Excel — confident use of spreadsheets, formulas and basic data analysis.
• Attention to detail — ability to work accurately with large lists of domains, profiles and metrics.
• Task management — ability to structure work, prioritize tasks and keep track of multiple projects.
• Project coordination — ability to communicate with developers, designers and other team members and follow tasks through to completion.
• Problem-solving — ability to investigate issues independently and find practical solutions.
• Communication skills — clear written and verbal communication, especially when defining requirements and reporting results.
• English — Intermediate+.
• Fast learning — willingness and ability to learn Local SEO, Google Maps and new tools from scratch.
• Ownership & proactivity — ability to take responsibility for a process and proactively look for ways to improve it.
