HR People Partner | Edlight

We’re looking for a HR People Partner to join Edlight — a business that builds AI products and expert services for students and professionals.

What you’ll be focusing on:

• Full support of the employee lifecycle.
• Conducting regular 1-1 meetings and providing recommendations to managers based on the information collected.
• Timely responding to employee requests and addressing their needs.
• Organizing and supporting employees through mentoring, learning, rotation to other teams, critical work periods, offboarding, and employee returns.
• Working with the HRM system (approving days off, making operational changes) and Jira (managing and creating tasks).
• Working with HR analytics (turnover, PP closure, analysis of eNPS results, etc.).
• Participating in the Performance Review and 360 assessment processes.
• Resolving conflicts, facilitating difficult situations/feedback sessions/dismissals. Supporting the onboarding of new managers when needed.
• Collaborating with L&D, Comms, and Helpdesk departments.
• Participating in the development of new policies, processes, and surveys.
• Organizing activities to increase the level of interaction within teams (chat greetings, online meetings in various formats, online team-building activities, participation in offline team-building activities).
• Actively supporting the HRBP in other HR projects.

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in HR People Partner/HR Manager/HR Generalist positions or similar.
• Have excellent communication skills, a desire to find an approach to and understand different people.
• Have English at a confident conversational Intermediate level or higher.
• Have knowledge of core HR processes and experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Have experience interacting with managers and conducting meetings: facilitating critical conversations/feedback sessions/dismissals.
• Have experience conducting 1-1s with employees, exit interviews, and preparing reports with recommendations for managers.
• Have experience working with an HRM system (HiBob? BambooHR, PeopleForce, Hurma, etc.).
• Have experience writing instructions and policies and calculating metrics.
• Have the ability to use AI in your work (Claude, ChatGPT).

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a product IT company / with technical specialists.
• Psychology education or basic knowledge of personality psychology.
• Experience working with analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, AI.
• Experience conducting interviews, assisting managers in making hiring and dismissal decisions.
• Experience working with a task-tracking system (Jira, Worksection, etc.).
• Experience organizing and conducting online and offline team-building activities.
• Experience creating surveys for various purposes.
