We’re looking for a Quality and Billing Operations Specialist to join Edlight — a business that builds AI products and expert services for students and professionals.

What you’ll be focusing on:

• Processing fraud alerts from payment providers.
• Managing new chargebacks in payment systems and creating tasks in the CRM.
• Addressing Solidgate prevention alerts and RDR chargebacks.
• Issuing refunds.
• Reviewing and handling potential chargebacks.
• Handling Billing tasks in CRM.
• Verifying suspicious customers.
• Analyzing operational efficiency and KPI adherence.
• Updating relevant articles and guides in the knowledge base.
• Analyzing refund and chargeback data trends.
• Working with English-language texts, documentation, policies, and correspondence.

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Have English at C1 (Advanced) level, both written and spoken, as a must.
• Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Have basic Fraud & Risk Management skills for manual operational tasks.
• Have Payment Operations expertise: Refunds, Alerts, Disputes.
• Have basic knowledge of payment systems.
• Have basic CRM & Process Management skills.
• Have the ability to process a large volume of tickets.
• Have the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Have the ability to work with repetitive operational processes while maintaining a strong eye for anomalies and errors.
