We’re looking for a Quality and Billing Operations Specialist to join Edlight — a business that builds AI products and expert services for students and professionals.
What you’ll be focusing on:
- Processing fraud alerts from payment providers.
- Managing new chargebacks in payment systems and creating tasks in the CRM.
- Addressing Solidgate prevention alerts and RDR chargebacks.
- Issuing refunds.
- Reviewing and handling potential chargebacks.
- Handling Billing tasks in CRM.
- Verifying suspicious customers.
- Analyzing operational efficiency and KPI adherence.
- Updating relevant articles and guides in the knowledge base.
- Analyzing refund and chargeback data trends.
- Working with English-language texts, documentation, policies, and correspondence.
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have English at C1 (Advanced) level, both written and spoken, as a must.
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Have basic Fraud & Risk Management skills for manual operational tasks.
- Have Payment Operations expertise: Refunds, Alerts, Disputes.
- Have basic knowledge of payment systems.
- Have basic CRM & Process Management skills.
- Have the ability to process a large volume of tickets.
- Have the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Have the ability to work with repetitive operational processes while maintaining a strong eye for anomalies and errors.
