Currently, we are looking for an AI Artist | 2D Illustrator to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it.

As an AI Artist | 2D Illustrator, your challenges will include:

• Analyzing the Director’s Script and Creative Brief to clearly understand the visual task.
• Creating high-quality AI-generated static visual materials (Static Shots) using approved tools.
• Ensuring shot-to-shot visual consistency within an episode, including the consistency of character styles, environments, objects, composition, color palette, and lighting.
• Refining materials based on feedback from the Creative Producer.
• Preparing the final package of static materials for handover to the Animation Production stage.
• Organizing source materials, prompts, and working files according to internal standards.
• Developing the internal prompt library and reusable visual solutions.
• Continuously researching and proposing new tools and approaches to improve product quality and optimize processes.

We are looking for a specialist who:

• Has a deep understanding of and hands-on experience with AI generators such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.
• Has advanced Prompt Engineering skills.
• Has confident proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including compositing, color correction, and fixing generative artifacts.
• Has knowledge of composition, color theory, light, and shadow fundamentals.
• Understands the graphics preparation pipeline for further animation.
