Junior Financial Controller | Head Office

We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller who is eager to grow within the finance function of an IT company and gain hands-on experience with real business processes. What you will do: 

• Support daily financial processes of projects.
• Maintain revenue and expense accounting, including regular reconciliations with payment systems, banks, and partners to ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly management reports (P&L, BS, CF) and provide analytical commentary.
• Support the budgeting process and monitor the execution of quarterly plans.

What we expect from you: 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience: From 1 year of experience in Accounting or Junior Finance roles. Experience in IT/Subscription-based companies will be an advantage.
• Understanding of financial statements structure (P&L, BS, CF) and core accounting principles.
• Excel / Google Sheets: strong proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF), with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience working with accounting systems (QuickBooks, 1C, or similar).
• English: Intermediate+ (ability to read documentation and work with English-language system interfaces).

Nice to have:

• Experience working with payment systems such as Stripe, Checkout, Adyen, or similar.
