We are currently looking for a Creative Producer (Cross-sell & Premium Content) to join our product IT company Honeytech, which creates digital entertainment content and builds its own platforms for the global webcomics and anime market.

Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics — in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

As a Creative Producer (Cross-sell & Premium Content), your challenges will include:

• Generate dozens of ideas for new digital products that increase revenue from existing users.
• Validate demand through rapid MVPs.
• Build a premium content production pipeline.
• Launch new content products every week.
• Work closely with the R&D team on their production.
• Analyze results and scale successful formats.

We are looking for a specialist who:

• Has 2+ years of experience generating creative ideas for digital products.
• Has a deep understanding of AI tools for generating video, images, audio, and other types of content.
• Confidently understands visual composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Understands dramaturgy and knows how to generate ideas that emotionally engage the audience.
• Has experience generating ideas for cross-sell/upsell content that motivates users to make additional purchases.
• Has experience working with web products and an understanding of user behavior in a web environment.
• Has experience working closely with a Product Manager to validate hypotheses, run experiments, and launch new products.
• Has an analytical mindset and can evaluate content performance using product and business metrics.
• Is confident using AI tools to quickly create MVPs and test new content formats.
• Has a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to identifying new monetization opportunities.

It will be a plus if you have:

• C1 level of English.
• A portfolio of your work.
