The Role

As a Product Manager at Bondsmith, you'll take ownership of core product initiatives that drive the growth and evolution of our savings platform. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and external partners to deliver features that enhance user experience, streamline integrations, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Bondsmith’s savings platform

• Work closely with our engineering team to translate product requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions - bridging the gap between technical execution and business goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features on time and within scope

• Conduct market and user research to identify trends and customer needs

• Prioritise product backlogs using data-driven frameworks and stakeholder feedback

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration

• Translate complex financial requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant work experience

• Strong understanding of APIs, banking infrastructure, or embedded finance

• Experience working with agile development teams

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems

• Familiarity with savings products or wealth platforms is a plus
