What is this role about?
If you can’t walk down the street without dissecting ads, analyzing copy, and wondering how it all ties back to strategy, this role is for you.
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager who moves confidently between insight and imagination. Someone who understands that a great creative doesn’t just look good but also performs. You know from experience how the right idea, the right line, or the right visual can lift CTRs, shift perception, and make people remember your brand.
You’ll lead and execute brand research, creative strategy, and trust-building initiatives that define how Bondora shows up in the world. You will turn insights and data into meaningful direction, guiding creative work that’s both distinctive and consistent, and ensuring every customer touchpoint feels unmistakably Bondora. You’ll also own the rollout of cross-market campaigns from brief to execution, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and media agencies to bring ideas to life.
This is a role for someone who thinks like a customer, acts like a creative, and decides like a strategist.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Owning the end-to-end rollout of cross-market brand campaigns.
- Writing creative briefs and leading production with internal teams and external partners.
- Driving brand input for new market launches and local campaign adaptations.
- Defining and running creative testing with Performance, and continuously improving assets based on results.
- Executing brand trust initiatives (NPS, customer advocacy, Trustpilot, awards) across key channels.
- Owning brand execution across the website (homepage, key pages, overall look & feel).
- Owning brand surveys rollout and translating findings into actions.
- Delivering and scaling priority brand initiatives (e.g., Category Entry Points).
- Applying AI tools to improve creative production speed and testing efficiency.
What would ensure success in this role?
- 7+ years of experience in brand or creative strategy, preferably in financial services or other fast-paced digital consumer industries.
- Proven ability to translate customer insights, market research, and data into actionable brand and creative strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, brand positioning, and category entry points (CEPs) within the credit and financial sector.
- Experience leading brand health tracking, brand image, and customer advocacy projects.
- Expertise across various creative formats with experience scaling production efficiently.
- Experience in working with media buying agencies and launching cross-market upper funnel campaigns.
- Skilled in writing creative briefs and collaborating with design, copy, UX, video, performance teams, as well as external agencies and freelance partners.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation to accelerate creative production, research, and testing.
- Balance of analytical thinking and creative judgment, with comfort in both brand performance metrics and creative reviews.
