What is this role about?
The CRM Manager in Bondora’s Engagement & Retention team is responsible for managing
our marketing automation tools and executing multi-channel customer outreach campaigns.
This role focuses on driving customer engagement, retention, and reactivation through
personalized communications across email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, and other
channels. Reporting to the Head of Engagement & Retention, you will play a key role in
shaping customer journeys, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring that the planned
campaigns are smoothly executed.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage and execute customer communication campaigns across all channels (email,
SMS, push, WhatsApp, etc.). - Segment audiences to deliver personalized and relevant messages.
- Operate and maintain Bondora’s marketing automation tools, ensuring campaigns are
deployed accurately and efficiently. - Build and optimize automated customer journeys to improve engagement and
conversion rates. - Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, and
conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for improvement. - Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and formats to refine messaging
strategies.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 3 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation roles.
- Proven experience managing and executing multi-channel communication campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Bird, Hubspot, Marketo,
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Clevertap or similar).
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, data handling, and A/B testing.
- Strong ability to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams,
including content, design, and analytics.
