What is this role about?
As a senior leader, you will set the vision and direction for how we drive full-funnel growth across paid, owned, and earned channels — from attention → consideration → application → payback. Beyond optimizing performance, you’ll expand the pool of in-market prospects, strengthen association with our category entry points, and deliver efficient, scalable growth across both web and app.
In this role, you are not a conventional marketer — you are razor-sharp, resourceful, and obsessed with results. You thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and turn noise into signal. You own the acquisition engine end-to-end: testing, scaling, and innovating across channels while pushing creative boundaries to unlock smarter targeting and stronger performance. You work seamlessly across product, brand, performance, partnerships, and risk — balancing short-term acquisition efficiency with long-term business value.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Design and lead a unified full-funnel growth strategy to expand qualified reach, build mental availability, and deliver paying customers at target CAC/payback.
- Oversee media planning (Search, OLV, CTV/OTT, audio, display), setting clear hypotheses, incrementality goals, and attention/recall targets by market.
- Integrate upper-funnel measurement (brand/search lift, geo tests, MMM) with MTA and financial guardrails (ROAS, CAC, payback).
- Own acquisition portfolio allocation and forecasting, balancing short- vs. long-term returns, monitoring weekly applications, and modeling cost/payback scenarios.
- Build scalable growth loops (referrals, partnerships, tools, influencers) and launch an affiliate program with quality-based economics.
- Lead a cross-functional team across marketing, product, and analytics, driving a test-and-learn culture with regular insights and strategy updates.
What would ensure success in this role?
- Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Marketing, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in acquisition, digital marketing, or product growth, including 3+ years in senior leadership; financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in performance marketing, SEO, affiliate partnerships, and app growth, with deep knowledge of acquisition tools and KPIs.
- Expertise in integrating upper-funnel video with performance (media planning, creative testing, attention/recall → down-funnel outcomes).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; hands-on with MMM, geo-tests, brand-lift, forecasting, and payback guardrails.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams and partnering with product to optimize acquisition flows.
