What is this role about?

You'll be joining a team focused on developing and enhancing Bondora's Investor products. These products aim to provide investment services to our customers, improving their experience and setting Bondora apart from competitors. The Bondora Investor products are a key revenue stream for the company, and you'll be instrumental in driving its growth and evolution. You'll collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features, improve existing ones, and ensure the long-term success of these products.

Key responsibilities in this role:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions, including databases, business services, user interfaces, automation, internal tools, and integrations with third-party software.
• Support company objectives by continuously improving tools, infrastructure, and technology to enhance product performance and scalability.
• Actively participate in cross-functional team activities such as ideation, road mapping, planning, and continuous improvement, contributing ideas and technical expertise.
• Ensure the reliability of test and production environments by troubleshooting issues, maintaining system stability, and optimizing performance.
• Develop efficient technical solutions, create documentation, provide estimations, and mentor teammates while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be located in Estonia. Do note that we're not able to offer relocation or remote work for this position.

• Distributed systems
• Messaging architecture
• Microservices
• Azure Cloud and Kubernetes
• REST API-s
• Monolith

This role is perfect for you if you are:

• Someone who excels in problem-solving.
• An engineer eager to engage in the full product lifecycle and enthusiastic about working in a product-focused organization.
• You have prior experience in strongly typed languages such as C#, Java, TypeScript, or similar. Preferably in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Docker, or ASP.NET.
• Experience with FE, preferably with React.
• Responsible and willing to take ownership.
• Proactive and forward-looking.
• Excellent in communicating in English, both verbally and written.
• You have previous experience in fintech/loan business systems developments (this will be considered as an advantage).
• You have full-stack experience.
