What is this role about?
Bondora, a leading European fintech company, is seeking an expert market researcher to deliver a comprehensive analysis of the credit industry and market dynamics across seven European markets. Your insights will play a critical role in shaping our strategy as we continue driving innovation in the fintech space. This is a project-based role, offering the chance to work directly with Bondora’s marketing team on an impactful, high-visibility assignment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed research on societal, economic, and behavioral trends in seven European markets, identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Media Landscape: Deliver insights on media consumption patterns, digital penetration rates, and emerging communication trends in these regions.
- Industry Deep Dive: Analyze the European credit industry:
- Perform category-level analyses and evaluate competitors’ positioning.
- Assess marketing mixes, investments, and campaign strategies.
- Uncover communication trends shaping the industry.
- Present Actionable Insights: Summarize findings into clear, visually engaging presentations that drive decision-making at Bondora.
What would ensure success in this role?
- 5+ years of experience conducting in-depth market research across multiple regions.
- Proven ability to transform complex data into visually compelling presentations that tell a clear story.
- Experience in the finance, credit, or fintech sector (highly preferred).
- Background in Big Four consulting firms or similar (a significant advantage).
- Ability to deliver rigorous, verifiable research using credible, disclosed data sources.
