Your Mission 

Join us as a Senior Associate for Brand & Design and play a pivotal role in elevating Bitpanda’s brand through visual storytelling and high-quality creative execution. You will manage end-to-end creative processes , ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and contribute to the continuous improvement of our brand experience.

What You’ll Do

• Visual Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative assets for brand campaigns, product communications and marketing initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams including Brand, Marketing, Product, and Communications to align on requirements, gather input, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of all design materials.
• Design Research & Trends: Conduct research on design trends, competitor brand expressions and emerging visual and technological techniques to support the evolution of Bitpanda’s brand identity and creative standards.
• Brand Asset Development: Prepare, produce, and refine key visual materials such as brand decks, campaign presentations, marketing assets, style guidelines and internal documentation.
• Creative Process Optimization: Manage and optimise  design workflows, ensuring all creative deadlines and deliverables are met with precision.
• Brand Identity Advocacy: Act as an ambassador for Bitpanda’s visual identity by ensuring correct brand application and proactively spotting improvement opportunities.

Who You Are

• Experience: Professional experience in brand design, creative direction, or visual marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or international setting.
• Creative Excellence: A strong eye for design and detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex creative workstreams simultaneously.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: A creative thinker who is eager to drive results and take full ownership of the brand’s visual representation within a dynamic environment.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and German; additional languages are a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert level in design and collaboration software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Google Workspace.
