Your mission
We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to help us create a world-class rewards experience. As part of Bitpanda’s Total Rewards team, you will support in shaping and delivering our rewards philosophy and strategy. You will work closely with the business leaders, talent acquisition and HR people partners teams to be a trusted advisor on compensation-related matters, to drive competitiveness and fair pay practices.

What you’ll do
- Partner with HR People Partners and Finance to ensure the smooth execution of the annual pay review process, aligning with Bitpanda’s pay-for-impact and fair pay philosophy.
- Own and maintain global compensation structures, salary ranges, job catalogues, and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
- Manage the design, implementation, and administration of equity-based compensation schemes (e.g., Stock Option Plans) aligned with business growth and strategic goals.
- Shape and optimise sales incentive programs and communication strategies to promote transparency and reward understanding across the business.
- Develop analytics and dashboards to monitor internal pay equity, gather real-time market intelligence, and prepare for the European Pay Transparency Directive.
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in global compensation within a technology company or fast-paced international environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, research, cost modeling, and advanced Excel.
- Thrives in ambiguity and under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented team player with quick comprehension and reliable, independent working style.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and experience creating proposals, training materials, and reward communications in English.
