Your mission

Join us as a Talent Experience Intern and be part of the team that shapes every candidate’s first impression of Bitpanda. Over 12 months, you’ll learn the ins and outs of recruitment while helping us deliver a smooth, engaging, and memorable journey for every applicant. This is your chance to see behind the scenes of a high-growth, international tech company and gain the skills to launch your career in recruitment coordination.

 

What you’ll do

  • Be the link between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring interviews run like clockwork.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, mastering scheduling tools and best practices.
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision, keeping candidate information accurate and up to date.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal teams about schedules, changes, and next steps.
  • Spot opportunities to improve and streamline our scheduling processes for an even better candidate experience.

Who you are

  • Currently studying or recently graduated, with a genuine interest in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
  • Naturally organised with a sharp eye for detail—you love keeping things running smoothly.
  • Proactive and positive, ready to learn quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong communicator in English, both written and spoken.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace—and curious about learning new tools.
