Your Mission
As our Treasury Intern, your mission is to support our growing Treasury operations by developing your knowledge in Asset and Liability Management (ALM) and gaining hands-on experience in daily reconciliation processes, risk analysis, and financial reporting. You will play an active role in strengthening our Treasury function while learning from a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced, fintech environment.
What you’ll do:
- Assist the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) team in reconciling ALM positions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving the ALM product setup, helping to enhance product profitability and alignment with funding strategies.
- Contribute to the timely preparation and delivery of ALM reports, focusing on generating insights and improving existing reporting structures.
- Help monitor and analyse our crypto asset-liability positions, supporting efforts to assess risk and develop effective tracking tools.
- Participate in the development and refinement of market and liquidity risk management frameworks, including the implementation of key risk metrics.
Who you are:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in Financial Markets, Risk Management, and Treasury operations.
- A quick learner with a proactive mindset and a keen interest in blockchain technologies and digital assets.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with SQL and a willingness to work with large data sets; knowledge of Python is a strong plus.
