Your Mission
At Bitpanda, we believe that great customer service is the heart of a great company. As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users — answering their questions, solving problems, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
This is a perfect role if you’re just starting your career, enjoy helping people, and want to grow in a fast-paced, international company.
What You’ll Do
- Support our users via live chat and tickets with clear, friendly, and timely communication
- Help customers solve everyday issues and make their Bitpanda experience smooth and positive
- Learn our tools and processes, no prior experience needed, we’ll teach you everything
- Share feedback with the team to improve the way we support our users
- Work in a shift system (including evenings and weekends) with schedules planned in advance
Who You Are
- You have some customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, reception, etc.)
- You speak English fluently and at least B1 level German or any other EU language (enough for simple conversations)
- You’re empathetic, friendly, and enjoy helping people
- You stay calm and reliable, even when things get busy
- You’re curious about fintech, investing, or crypto and excited to learn more
