About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Corporate Client Manager to join Bitpanda in Berlin. You'll lead a team focused on growing our institutional and corporate client base in Germany. This includes owning relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring our crypto solutions evolve with the market. You'll manage a team in a fast-paced fintech space, combining leadership, project ownership, and client strategy. We're seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong leadership background, and a passion for client success and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support a high-performing team by setting clear goals, defining KPIs, and driving execution for corporate crypto clients.
• Client Relationships & Development: Develop strategic account plans to grow corporate client relationships, identify opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor by maintaining consistent communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring client needs shape products and services. 
• Client Acquisition: Represent Bitpanda at industry events, organize targeted initiatives and develop compelling acquisition strategies. 
• Project & Process Ownership: Drive cross-functional projects that enhance products and processes, while improving client onboarding and account management workflows.
• Market Insights: Monitor market, competitor, and regulatory trends to inform strategic decisions and support continuous innovation.

Who You Are

• Experience & Education: relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles in banking, finance, or crypto, with team leadership and solid financial market knowledge.
• Leadership & Communication: Effective team leader and communicator, confident in engaging executive stakeholders, with fluent German and additional languages as a plus.
• Client Management: Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Project & Process Skills: Experienced in end-to-end project management and process optimization, with a proactive approach to ownership.
• Business Acumen: Strategic and action-oriented thinker, ideally with a background in startups or fintech.
