Your Mission:

Embark on an exciting journey with the Financial Institutions Relationships team, where you'll play a crucial role in fostering collaboration and refining operational processes. You will be helping to build strong and long-lasting relationships with payment service providers, contributing to fulfilling know-your-customer (KYC) guidelines and supporting on-boarding of new payment partners to Bitpanda by managing account opening procedures. This is your chance to explore the vibrant realm of finance, making meaningful contributions to our team's success.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and develop long-term strategic relationships with key payments institutions, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day business, operational, and regulatory matters.
• Ensure compliance and due diligence by overseeing annual KYC reviews, onsite visits, and maintaining up-to-date documentation with external partners.
• Support new partnerships by leading onboarding processes, taking part in commercial negotiations, and contract finalisation to expand PSP partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal senior stakeholders to align PSP partnerships with business objectives and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities, identifying new payment solutions and optimising existing ones.

Who You Are:

• 2-4 years of experience in Banking or PSP related industries, ID&V, Business KYC and Relationship Management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive business discussions.
• Strategic and business-driven mindset, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to process optimisation and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of KYC for business and financial regulations, with the ability to manage legal, compliance, and due diligence processes.
• Crypto knowledge is a plus, but not required - however, you should be open to learning about this emerging industry.
