Your mission

As a Workday Consultant at Bitpanda your role will be to help the entire People Experience team spend less time on manual, repetitive work, by helping them maximise all the functional features that Workday and other HR systems offer. Being part of the Business Application team, you will help us define a modern employee experience, set up a top of the market Tech infrastructure and build an insightful analytics stack.

What you’ll do

• Functionally configure, test and maintain business processes, reports and security in Workday, in alignment with the requirements provided by internal stakeholders
• Support the optimisation, automation and process improvements around Workday and other HR systems
• Ensure quality documentation of processes and configurations for all stakeholders
• Be part of the team that will shape People Systems and Analytics function in a fast growing fin-tech company

Who you are

• 2+ years of experience in functional configurations, EIBs and built-in integrations of Workday (BPs, reporting, security)
• The ability to apply lateral thinking strategies, and use out-of-the-box approaches to address complex problems
• Analytical mindset, with a good background in HR or data analytics systems (Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, ATS, HRIS, etc.)
• Driven by curiosity to explore problems in depth and identify optimal solutions using the tools at hand.
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills and Full English professional proficiency (written and verbal) is required for this role
